Amenities

This vacation rental is comfortable and roomy! You have privacy and lots of room. The building is in a gated lot (which contains the main house too), which gives plenty of safe room for kids and parking. Here's a partial list of the amenities that come with it.

• Two separate living/sleeping areas -- One private bedroom  and one area that doubles as a living area. There are separate entrances for each.

• Dish TV

• Full Kitchen --  Full size stove, full size refrigerator, full size oven, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and a variety of utensils and kitchenwares. 

• Full bathroom, with shower (no tub).

• Secured access -- Gated entries, one for vehicles and one for foot traffic

• Private entrances -- Your house does not share any space with anyone else (there is an attached garage that is only used for storage.)

• Large outdoor patio -- protected from the sometimes strong ocean breezes, so it's perfect for evening times. Starwatching is a favorite activity!

• Ceiling Fans (no air conditioning) -- Air conditioning isn't usually used in local homes in Hawaii

• Private Phone & Fax (local calls only) -- Suitable for people contacting you directly, making outgoing calling card calls, or for computer modems (with your own local access number).

• Washer/Dryer/Ironing Area  -- Private stacked washer/dryer behind the house.

• BBQ grill and area -- outdoor area in front of the house for grilling, sitting, hammock, etc.

• Green, level, landscaped yard area -- Great for kids and for small activities

• Various beach toys, such as chairs, boogie boards and snorkel equipment
